WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?

Our handcrafted shoes are made to order, with a production time of 5 days before shipping. Delivery to Italy usually takes 1-2 business days. In rare cases, the waiting time may be extended by one day. For international shipments, delivery times vary between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the destination.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Delivery in Italy:

- Delivery within 1-3 working days.

- Free for orders over €350.

- €5 for orders up to €349.

Delivery in Europe:

- Delivery within 2-5 working days.

- Free for orders over €350.

- €10 for orders up to €349.

Delivery outside Europe:

- Delivery within 4-7 working days.

- €20 for all orders.

DO YOU DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS?

No, our deliveries take place exclusively on weekdays.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY A DELIVERY TIME?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a delivery time. This is because couriers are rarely able to meet specific delivery times, making specifying a time pointless.

IF I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER AND SEND A RECEIPT, WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY?

No, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped only after the payment has been accepted and credited. However, providing proof of bank transfer will speed up the preparation of your order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Absolutely! If your order has not yet been processed or picked up by the courier, you have the option to cancel it.
To do so, please contact our customer service promptly.

You can communicate the cancellation of the order by sending an email to INFO@LANCIO.NET or send us a message via What'sapp.
Please be sure to include your order number and contact details to ensure accurate identification of your order.
This way, we can ensure that the cancellation process is handled effectively and in a timely manner.

MY ORDER DOES NOT MATCH MY REQUESTS. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

It is possible that there have been errors of omission or product mix-ups, but do not panic. Simply send a photo and we will work to find the best solution for you.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN?

Yes, it is possible to make a return. However, there are some conditions to respect:

  • The product must be new and must not have been worn under any circumstances.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
