RETURN & REFUND
RETURN POLICY:
At Lancioshoes Shop, your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you received, we facilitate a hassle-free return process. Please read and follow the instructions below for a smooth return experience:
- Return Start:
Start by sending an email to orders@lancioshoes.com to initiate the return process. Please note that returns without prior notice will not be accepted and customers risk losing eligibility for a refund. In your email, please include the following details:
- Order Number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product. If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please provide relevant details in your return email.
We offer two return shipping options:
- Choose your courier and cover the return label costs yourself.
- Contact us to obtain a return label and opt for a collection at your address or a designated collection point. In this case, a fee will be deducted directly from your refund:
- Italy: €8
- Europe: €15
- Outside Europe: €20
- Packaging and Conditions:
Please ensure that the items you are returning are in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using the original packaging to protect the items during transit.
- Timings:
Start the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must reach us within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refund or Exchange:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request. If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item in your return email.
- Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned items.
Please Note:
We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking.
Items returned outside the specified period or that do not meet the conditions of the return policy may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The products must not be washed or altered and must not show signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not show any type of mark.
All shoes and accessories must be returned complete with original tags, boxes and accessories, which are considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or modified in any way.
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the consumer is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorising returns for defective goods.
For shipments outside the EU, we cannot offer refunds if the customer refuses the package or tries to avoid any customs duties. We will not be responsible for paying any customs duties/taxes/VAT under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Products that do not conform to the terms and conditions of our return policy will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
