At Lancioshoes Shop, your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you received, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process. Please read and follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth return experience:
1. Return Request
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@lancio.net to start the return process. Please note that returns without prior notice will not be accepted, and customers may risk losing eligibility for a refund. In your email, please include the following details:

2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product. If the item you received is damaged or defective, please provide relevant details in your return request email.
We offer two return shipping options:

Choose your own courier and cover the cost of the return shipping label yourself.

Contact us to obtain a return shipping label and choose either a pickup at your address or delivery to a designated drop-off point. In this case, a fee will be deducted directly from your refund:

3. Packaging and Condition
Please ensure that the items you are returning are in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using the original packaging to protect the items during transit.
4. Timeframe
You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must reach us within 30 days from the delivery date.
5. Refund or Exchange
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange according to your request. If you prefer an exchange, please specify the desired item in your return request email.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed after we have received the returned items.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Products must not be washed, altered, or show any signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition and must not show any marks of any kind.

All shoes and accessories must be returned complete with original tags, boxes, and accessories, which are considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or altered in any way.

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

For shipments outside the EU, we cannot offer refunds if the customer refuses the package or attempts to avoid any customs duties. We will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties, taxes, or VAT under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Products that do not comply with the terms and conditions of our return policy will be sent back to the sender at the original shipping address.
