WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
Our products are handmade by our artisans and require approximately 1–5 business days (in-stock items) or 5–10 business days (pre-order items).
As soon as your order is completed and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.
Delivery in Italy

Delivery in Europe

Delivery Outside Europe

Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note that once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address.
For deliveries outside the European Union, import customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities to check applicable costs and import limits.
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the package. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, you may sign the delivery receipt with reservation or refuse the delivery. In case of any issues, please contact the courier immediately and notify us at info@lancio.net.
All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for receiving the package. If, for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), the package is not delivered, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
