Welcome, in this section you can find all the answers you need to shop on our online store, find information about your order, payments, shipments, returns and much more.

HOW TO ORDER.

Buying on the LANCIO online store is very simple. Once you have found the shoe you want, select the size and click the "BUY" button below. You can see the items you have selected by clicking on "Shopping Bag" at the top of the page. From the Shopping Bag you can directly modify the product details (quantity), remove them if you have changed. To complete the order click on "Proceed to purchase".

BILLING AND SHIPPING.

Please enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without a billing address. If you are not a new customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing & Shipping page. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, enter the address to which you would like your order to be shipped.

ORDER SUMMARY.

After entering your billing details, in the "Order Summary" you will find a summary of the products you are purchasing and the order total. Click on "Confirm Order" to complete the checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION.

Once you have completed checkout, on the "Order Confirmation" page you will find the details regarding your order, such as billing and shipping address, the methods selected for shipping and payment and the summary of your order with the total amount. You will receive an order confirmation by email, with an order number that you can use to track your order in "My Account". Once your products have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the details of the product or products that have been shipped.

MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER.

If you are placing an order from the European Union under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order by sending written notice to our Customer Service within 14 days of the date of delivery to ordini@lancioshoes.com

Alternatively you can log in to your account, my orders and follow the return request procedure.

Upon receipt of your communication of cancellation of the contract or return, our Customer Service will send you an email with the return authorization number (Return Authorization Number). The instructions for collection will follow. The refund will be made only for returned goods that are intact in all their parts and have not been used.
