There are places that, for some, are simply workplaces. For others, however, they become part of their identity. For me, the factory has never been just a workplace: it's the place where I grew up, observing my father's commitment, sacrifice, and passion every day.
Fifty years ago, he was the one doing this job. Today, I'm here.
This isn't just a personal story, but a true family story , one built on examples, values, and daily presence. It's the tale of a generational transition that began a long time ago and continues today with the same dedication. As a child, I watched my father move around the factory with confidence and responsibility, unaware that one day that family business would become mine.

Growing up in a family business
When you grow up around your parents' work, you quickly learn respect, a sense of duty, and the importance of daily commitment. As children, you don't always fully understand the weight of hard work, sacrifice, and responsibility, but you absorb the gestures, the silences, and the power of example.
I grew up here. I breathed in the atmosphere of factory work every day, filled with hard-working hands, dedication, and attention to detail. Without realizing it, this place became part of me. Not just as a physical space, but as a symbol of a family tradition that is deeply rooted in me.
The value of generational transition
Today, continuing this business doesn't just mean following in my father's footsteps. It means continuing a journey built over time, preserving what has been and carrying it forward with my own sensibility and approach to work.
This is the true meaning of generational transition : not copying the past, but gathering its legacy and transforming it into the future. Each generation leaves something behind and renews something, without losing its roots.
Being here today, after 50 years of activity , represents much more than a symbolic achievement for me. It's concrete proof of a family continuity built on sacrifice, presence, and love for what we build day after day. It's a sign that certain teachings remain alive over time.
Work values and family pride
In a fast-paced world, talking about the values of work is still important. Commitment, perseverance, responsibility, and respect for what you do never go out of style. These are principles I saw every day in my father's eyes and hands.
That's why today I don't feel like I'm just carrying on a profession. I'm carrying on a legacy, a vision, a work culture that was born in the family and strengthened over time. It contains everything: hard work, gratitude, memory, and above all, family pride .
50 years of activity and a story that continues
Celebrating 50 years of business means celebrating time, but above all what that time has achieved. It means recognizing the value of those who began this journey and those who continue it today with the same dedication.
Ours is a family business , but even more than that, it's a story of people, examples, and belonging. My father began this journey fifty years ago. Today, I continue that journey with pride and awareness.
Because I'm not just carrying on a job. I'm carrying on a family story .
And when the roots are strong, the future also has solid foundations.
